Narciso would likely not give an example of a memory even if prodded. He's playful like that. It'd only be determined once the deal has been made, which essentially won't matter much since they won't actually remember which memory they lost unless someone else points it out. OOCly, though, of course both parties would know which memory they'd lose, and it always has to be something that ultimately hurts Loki / the character in question.
For Javora, she'd most likely have Loki transform into a chimera. She would allow them to transform into one of four forms everyday: A Feline, a Serpent, or a Bovidae... and a magpie because that's cute. If they do not choose for themself in time then it will be chosen at random. And yes, half the 24 hour day, everyday. This way, we'd be giving the player freedom to be whoever they want to be at any given time.
