1. It's a mixed bag. Some of the merchants will be down, others not so much. Depends on the individual. But we encourage you to have fun with it.

2. Blood will still be provided to Armand as a courtesy, but- If he needs some enrichment with his meal, he's welcome to it. You can have him hunt down any NPC who isn't a Court Ruler, and have him even kill any NPC who isn't named. We're also okay with Armand hunting down his fellow Adopted with player permission.
