Just to clarify you mean for, say, summoning/storing his guns and the like, right? If so, that's totally fine, yes. You could even say that's a power Prompto could trade if you so wanted, even though it's not "technically" his power; the connection to Noctis is the real power that he'd be trading, but it counts!
