Pom would count as an allowed canon OC, something similar in scope to a D&D character or the protag of Baldur's Gate or Skyrim! The one thing to note, however, is that when apping a malleable protag like this, you just have to follow the app's instructions for Original Characters (i.e. your personality section will end up being more questions/words).
