Hi! Just a few random questions about powers and fae traits.

1. How difficult would it be to acquire an item that allows the wearer to communicate with others while shapeshifted?

2. Is it possible to develop fae traits that can then be controlled with shapeshifting? For example, if Peggy grows dragon claws, would she be able to change her hands back to normal with practice (with the possibility of losing control)?

3. If a character grows wings, can they be capable of flight, or are they cosmetic only?
