I just noticed I missed a minor power in my app. Details are under the spoiler. Could you let me know if it's okay to slide it in? I know there's quite a few already so if not that's totally fine!
SPOILERS It's the little flash step he does when he gets serious and murders Gustave. You see it again during his fight at the manor. I'd probably file it under his utility section and write it up like:
Chroma Step: Uses Chroma as a temporary boost to speed in combat. Witnessed during his murder of Gustave and at the manor in Old Lumiere. (RP: Not so quick as to seem like teleportation.)
It's possible it's just the same thing as Levitation. IDK they don't go into it much.
