For characters who can manipulate flesh/do permanent body changes on themselves or others: would offering these up to other players be alright as long as it doesn't give them extra powers? László's looking to offer her services in exchange for blood and it's basically going to be anything that can be achieved with surgery IRL (up to and including some of the "extreme" body modifications you occasionally see on the internet/TV)
