Considering the dragon attack is a recent event, there's nothing about it other than accounts for historical records. They say nothing you don't already know or have been told by the Lawspeaker. When looking for other information that could relate to the attack, you can only find some basic information about dragons, most of which are faerie tales.

As for the Seelie/Unseelie truce, there's very little, but there are hints at an unnamed event that might have led up to it due to them having to work together. Beyond that, there's little to glean.
