Hi mods! I'm considering a character who would not take well to the premise, and thought I'd ask for your take on such cases and what the options would be for getting an unwilling character to cooperate.
1) If a character would be unwilling to eat food at their entrance party, can they be coerced by the fae attendees to do so? Or would that be out of character for the NPCs?
2) If a character tries something extreme as a reaction to the Lawspeaker's announcement at the end of the party (e.g. they try to attack the fae, or run away, etc.), how would that play out? Would characters be accosted immediately, are there punishments for violence, etc.?
3) Generally, what would the experience of a character causing trouble / being noncompliant be like? What reactions would they get from the fae? What sort of punishments might happen to them? (I saw mention of a jail; what's that like?)
4) Lastly, how comfortable are you with characters rebelling against the premise and eating shit for it? (Within reason, so like characters would never successfully escape- I'm thinking more of, if a player wanted their character to cause trouble and be in jail all the time, whether that would go against your vision of the game. This is sort of a blank space for the modteam to establish any limits if they would like to.)
Thank you! And please don't take this as a cause for concern- I asked more questions than is directly relevant to me just to be thorough, I'm hoping not to cause too many problems as well 😅
